|Chia-Han Lee received the B.S. degree from National Taiwan University in 1999, the M.S. degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2003, and the Ph.D. degree from Princeton University in 2008, all in electrical engineering. From 1999 to 2001, he served in the ROC Army as a Missile Operation Officer. From 2008 to 2009, he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the University of Notre Dame, USA. From 2010 to 2016, he was with Academia Sinica as an Assistant Research Fellow and then an Associate Research Fellow. Since 2016, he has been with National Chiao Tung University as an Associate Professor. His research interests include wireless communications and networks. He is an Editor of IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS and IEEE COMMUNICATIONS LETTERS.
